About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to join the Corporate FP&A team. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support across multiple businesses and functions. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and requires close collaboration with business teams, corporate functions, and group stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across businesses and functions
- Consolidate standalone and consolidated financial plans and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance.
- Monitor key business and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting requirements.
- Prepare financial presentations and business review decks for leadership discussions and decision-making forums.
- Conduct performance analysis, business modeling, scenario planning, and ad-hoc financial evaluations.
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A analysis and business case evaluations.
- Perform peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to assess business performance against industry standards.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, HR, Taxation, Controllership, and Business teams to drive financial governance and decision support.
- Support performance management processes, including variable pay calculations and related financial analysis.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in Treasury and/or Finance SME roles.
- Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Business Finance.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and business performance management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, variance analysis, and presentation of business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with senior leadership on key business decisions.
