Job Description
- Maintain daily and weekly stock records
- Check stock variance and coordinate with the logistics team
- Handle D3 and sales return stock properly
- Manage non-moving stock dispatch
- Handle petty cash, prepare vouchers, and manage reimbursements
- Prepare invoices and verify PODs
- Maintain all documents and update MIS reports regularly
- Write and respond to basic professional emails
- Meanwhile, as per branch requirement, he should be willing to go for delivery if needed
- Daily Stock Audit
- Co-ordinate with Sales Team / Factory team
- Maintain 5S
- Resolving branch related queries
- Material Inward/outward Process in SAP
- Co-ordinating With Depot Team for smooth Operation in Depot
- Resolve SAP/Stock related issues
- Co-ordinating With Transporter for On time Material movement in Depot
Candidate Profile
- Qualification - Min. graduate
- Experience - 2 - 4 Years in Warehousing / Store Operation
- Good communication Skills
- Basic Knowledge - English, Hindi & Local Language
- Basic Knowledge - MS Office
- Basic Knowledge - SAP / ERP systems
