Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced AI Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions. The role involves leading a team of AI engineers, defining AI strategy, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful deployment of scalable AI systems aligned with business objectives.
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers and Developers.
- Plan project roadmaps, allocate resources, and manage delivery schedules.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
AI Solution Architecture
- Define and review AI solution architectures.
- Lead implementation of Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and AI Agent solutions.
- Drive innovation through emerging AI technologies and best practices.
- Design scalable AI platforms and reusable AI components.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI opportunities.
- Present technical solutions to management and customers.
- Convert business requirements into AI-driven products and services.
Governance & Quality
- Ensure responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and model governance.
- Review model performance and deployment strategies.
- Establish monitoring and continuous improvement mechanisms.
Preferred candidate profile
Leadership:
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects.
