Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats from international customers
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or technical issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication

Required Candidate profile

  • Location: Near Sikanderpur Metro Station, Gurgaon
  • Working Hours: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week (WFO)
