Job Purpose

Underwrite and countersign cases as per assigned limits within the defined timelines. Resolve branch queries & help new team members in grooming

Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context: Underwrite and countersign cases as per assigned limits within the defined timelines. Resolve branch queries & help new team members in grooming.

Job Challenges: . Ensure completion of high face value cases within the defined TAT.
. Handle heavy workload within TATs during spikes

Key Result Areas

	KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)	Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1	Approve & sign off cases within financial limits to ensure prudent selection of Risks	1. Underwrite cases & provide appropriate decision with the available information on hand 2. Countersign cases within the specified financial limits 3. Review & discuss the underwriting decisions with superiors wherever necessary
KRA2	Monitor and maintain productivity at individual level & help colleagues in achieving the productivity for team. To maintain TATs for sourced business	1. Keep regular check at the flow of work within the team & ensure completion within TATs
KRA3	Analyze branch queries & resolve the same in order to maintain the best interests of the internal customers.	. Provide regular updates to the Branches regarding processing of cases through effective communication. 2. Resolve their queries within timelines
KRA4	Ensure that the additional responsibilities & KRAs are handled on timely basis and with maximum accuracy	. Discuss & understand assigned task from the TL and work towards achieving the desired result within given timelines
