Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Title Searcher based in Bengaluru. The Title searcher will be responsible performing title searches, collecting and compiling property records, assessing deeds and the chain of title and documenting it ensuring accuracy and compliance. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of legal property documentation are essential for this position.
