Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Title Examiner & Full Search professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing comprehensive title searches and examinations, verifying title chain and property deeds, and producing detailed title opinions. Collaboration with escrow teams and reviewing title documentation to identify and resolve any issues will also be a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Title Searches and reviewing Chain of Title
- Ability to analyze and provide accurate Title Opinions and evaluate ownership
- Understanding and knowledge of Deeds and their implications in property title ownership
- Experience in working with Escrow processes within the title and settlement domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with title industry practices and processes preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to on-ground demands and processes in an on-site working environment
