Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) based in Ambala Cantt. The primary responsibilities include managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and facilitating seamless coordination between various stakeholders. The CRE will also play a key role in maintaining professional relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and client engagement.
