Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) based in Ambala Cantt. The primary responsibilities include managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and facilitating seamless coordination between various stakeholders. The CRE will also play a key role in maintaining professional relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain high standards of client experience.
• Experience with Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to foster strong connections with stakeholders.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and professional interaction with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience in the laboratory equipment or related industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Salesforce experience is an added advantage.
