Job Description

We are looking for a highly technical, AI-savvy TikTok Shop Operations Manager to take full ownership of the execution and day-to-day management of our TikTok Shop presence. You will be the engine behind our growth, responsible for everything from technical SEO and high-level design to logistics and TikTok ad performance.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You will receive direct mentorship while enjoying total autonomy over the execution of our TikTok strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shop Optimization & Design: Execute end-to-end product listings using SEO-rich titles and descriptions. Use Canva to design high-converting storefront banners and product imagery.
  • GMV Ads Management: Assist in the setup and monitoring of TikTok Shop Ads focused on driving GMV, ensuring efficient spend and high ROAS.
  • Logistics & Order Management: Oversee the technical setup of shipping templates, manage daily order flows, and ensure the logistics chain is running smoothly to prevent shipping delays.
  • Account Health & Reviews: Monitor Seller Performance Score (SPS) and ratings daily. Actively manage customer reviews and feedback to maintain a top-tier brand reputation.
  • Campaign Execution: Manually enter and manage promotions, vouchers, and flash sales. Work closely with TikTok AMs to secure spots in platform-wide campaigns.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to personalize content at scale, automate keyword research, and optimize store operations.

Technical Requirements

  • Platform Mastery: High level knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and the mechanics of TikTok's search and discoverability algorithms.
  • Design Skills: Proficient in Canva for quick, high-quality visual assets and shop decorations.
  • Operational Grit: Experience in order management and logistics setup (shipping rules, warehouse mapping, and fulfillment tracking).
  • Ad Strategy: Understanding of how to run and optimize TikTok Shop Ads to drive GMV.
  • AI Fluent: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance copywriting, personalization, and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications

·      5-7 years of experience in social commerce or e-commerce platform management

·      TikTok Shop experience (brand, marketplace, or agency side) strongly preferred

  • Experience in CPG, wellness, or beauty is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tracking tools, spreadsheets, and performance reporting
