Job Description

Dista is a cross-border commerce platform enabling global customers to access authentic Indian brands across wellness, beauty, food, and lifestyle categories. We currently serve customers in 40+ countries and are expanding our acquisition channels across emerging social commerce ecosystems, including TikTok Shop.

We are looking for a performance-driven leader to build and scale our TikTok commerce channel from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute TikTok growth strategy for global audiences

Set up and manage TikTok Shop seller operations end-to-end

Build and scale creator and affiliate ecosystems

Launch and optimize TikTok Ads, including Spark and conversion campaigns

Drive revenue contribution, user acquisition, and ROAS targets

What we're looking for:

3+ years managing TikTok as a growth or commerce channel

Proven experience scaling a brand from scratch on TikTok

Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop seller operations

Strong experience with creators, affiliates, and paid campaigns

Analytical, performance-oriented mindset

Experience in wellness, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred
