Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site TIG Welder role located in Bhiwandi. The TIG Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metals to create high-quality forming shoulders for VFFS machines. Responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, preparing and aligning metal components for welding, executing TIG welding processes with attention to precision, and inspecting finished products for quality and compliance. The role also involves maintaining equipment and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in TIG welding and experience with precision welding of metals
- Skill in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with welding safety standards and workplace safety practices
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and identifying necessary repairs
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on work
- Relevant welding certifications or proven industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of forming shoulders and VFFS machines is a plus but not mandatory
