Job Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on aluminium parts as per drawings, WPS, and job requirements
- Set up TIG welding machines, select correct electrodes, filler rods, and shielding gas
- Ensure weld quality, strength, and finish meet company and customer standards
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe working condition
- Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and workplace standards
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for job completion
- Maintain productivity targets and reduce material wastage
Keys Skills Required
- ITI -Welding or relevant trade (preferred)
- Proven experience in TIG welding of aluminium
- Knowledge of aluminium grades, welding parameters, and distortion control.
Experience : 2-4 years
Qualification : ITI certified
