POSITION Tier 1 Help Desk (Jira Ticket Management)

LOCATION Hyderabad, India (offshore, onsite)

DURATION 6 months

Role Overview:

Provide Tier 1 support for a corporate user base of 1,000+ employees. Responsibilities include processing software requests, basic troubleshooting, access provisioning, and other standard Tier 1 activities. Phone support is not required.

Required Skills:

History of help desk or IT support titles

Strong troubleshooting abilities

Solid written customer service skills

Jira ticket management exp

No specific certifications required
