Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to all passengers, handling ticketing and check-in processes, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process ticket sales and reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Check-in passengers and their luggage according to airline policies
  • Handle flight changes, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor flight schedules and communicate any delays or changes to passengers
  • Maintain knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in computer systems and software
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
