Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Ticketing: Manage the full ticketing lifecycle, including complex PNR creation, automated re-issuance, refunds, and cancellation processes.
  • Quality Control: Monitor Agent Debit Memos (ADMs) and Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) reconciliation to mitigate financial risks.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team on advanced GDS techniques, fare code decoding, and industry-standard SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 5–10 years in airline ticketing or Corporate/MICE operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • GDS Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for complex international itineraries.
  • Fare Knowledge: In-depth mastery of IATA fare construction, Passenger Type Codes (PTC), and global pricing units (NUC/IROE).
  • API/NDC: Familiarity with XML/API structures and New Distribution Capability (NDC) standards for modern airline retail.
