Requirements:
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in ticketing and travel coordination.
2. Ticket issuing experience is mandatory.
3. Familiarity with various ticketing portals such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar.
4. Strong knowledge of ticketing software, visa processing, and travel logistics.
5. A diploma or certification in Travel and Tourism (e.g., IATA).
6. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mandatory: Issue airline tickets and coordinate the ticketing process with clients and vendors.
2. Handle all aspects of travel documentation, including visas, ticketing, and other client travel requirements.
3. Ensure 100% accuracy in ticket issuance, visa processing, and documentation.
4. Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely ticketing and travel arrangements.
5. Maintain up-to-date records of all issued, canceled, or modified tickets.
6. Follow up with clients to collect missing documents and ensure timely submission.
7. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth processing of travel-related services.
8. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticketing and travel arrangements.
9. Utilize multiple ticketing portals and systems to ensure smooth ticket booking and processing.
