Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Consultant based in Mumbai. The Ticketing Consultant will be responsible for booking and issuing tickets for air travel, both domestic and international. They will coordinate with clients, provide travel information and itineraries, assist with visa processes, and handle any booking-related queries or issues. The role also involves liaising with airlines to resolve schedule variations, cancellations, and other issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Ticketing, Marine Ticketing, and knowledge of Visa Assistance

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software like Amadeus and Galileo (preferably knowledge of atleast 1 booking system)

• Knowledge of lATA and TAAl regulations is a plus

• Any bachelors degree or equivalent

• If comfortable with night shifts, its a plus
