Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Booking & Ticketing: Handle reservations, bookings, reissuance, and cancellations for both domestic and international flights.
  • GDS Proficiency: Utilize GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for all booking, fare calculation, and routing tasks.
  • Client Service: Provide clients with the best available routing and pricing options, ensuring timely issuance and delivery of all travel documents and e-tickets.
  • Coordination & Problem-Solving: Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth service delivery and resolve any ticketing or travel-related queries through email, phone, or chat.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain proper records of all bookings and client communication, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with company policies and airline fare rules.
