Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers, assisting with ticketing and check-in processes, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers with ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes
  • Handle ticket sales, changes, and cancellations in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide accurate information and answer any inquiries related to flight schedules, fares, and general airport information
  • Assist passengers with baggage check-in and ensure proper handling and transport of luggage
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and smooth boarding of passengers
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ticket counters and boarding gates
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
  • Keep up to date with any changes in airline policies and procedures
  • Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
