Job Overview: As a Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the airport. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticketing, check-in, and boarding. You will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ticketing counters, and boarding gates
- Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with airport and airline policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Keep updated with airline policies, procedures, and products Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
