Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Ticket Sales Specialist is based in Amritsar. In this position, you will handle ticket reservations for airline customers, delivering outstanding service and providing travel advice. Daily tasks include processing bookings, offering personalized travel solutions, delivering excellent customer support, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
