We are seeking a talentedSeniorTIBCO Developerto join our dynamic team. As aSenior TIBCO Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing TIBCO-based solutions. You will be involved in the complete development life cycle and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop TIBCO-based integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW), EMS, and FTL
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable TIBCO solutions
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-deployment support
- Provide timely troubleshooting and resolve integration issues in production environments
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables
- Maintain detailed documentation for code, configuration, and system integration to facilitate future upgrades and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance, propose optimizations, and drive improvements to increase the efficiency of integration solutions
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure the alignment of integration solutions with business needs
- Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to building a collaborative and innovative team environment
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing integration solutions with TIBCO BW, BW6, or BWCE
- Expertise in TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service), TIBCO FTL (Fast Messaging), and TIBCO Adapters
- Solid knowledge of SOAP, RESTful services, WSDL, XML, XSD, and JSON for web service integration
- Familiarity with Java Message Service (JMS) and message queuing technologies
- Experience in using various integration patterns and architecture styles such as SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and microservices
- Proficiency in Java for custom development and troubleshooting integration solutions
- Familiarity with integrating TIBCO solutions with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with version control systems likeGit,SVN, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize TIBCO-based applications for better performance and scalability
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues in production environments
