Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business operations and enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization, integrations, and end-to-end CRM development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Azure services
- Perform data migration and data management using tools like Data Import Wizard and KingswaySoft
- Develop and customize dashboards and reports using Power BI and CRM reporting tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and QA teams
- Prepare technical documentation and support post-go-live activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development
Strong Hands-on Experience With
- Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration
- Plugins, Custom Workflows, and JavaScript
- C#, .NET Framework, Web APIs
Experience With Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Power Apps (Model-driven apps)
- Strong understanding of CRM data model, security model, and solution management
- Experience with SQL Server and data integration techniques
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Good To Have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus)
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
