Responsibilities

• Create high-converting thumbnails for YouTube videos, shorts & reels
• Understand student psychology & exam-driven curiosity
• Maintain brand consistency across educators & subjects
• Collaborate with faculty & content teams
• Track and improve CTR performance

Requirements

• Strong skills in designing software like Photoshop.
• Proven YouTube thumbnail portfolio (mandatory)
• Understanding of education content & student audience (1624 yrs)
• Good sense of typography, colors & visual hierarchy

Good to Have

• Prior EdTech / Education YouTube experience
• Basic understanding of YouTube analytics
• Familiarity with Hinglish student audience
