We at The Works are looking for a talented and experienced Thumbnail Designer. You'll play a crucial role in crafting impactful viral solutions across various mediums
Pay Scale : Our budget for this role is upto INR 40,000
Location : Churchgate, Mumbai (on site)
Responsibilities
Create scroll-stopping thumbnails that drive clicks, not just look good
Translate content ideas into bold, clear, high-impact visuals
Own speed + quality - quick turnarounds without compromising output
Experiment, iterate, and optimize based on what performs
Stay culturally relevant and visually ahead of the curve
Collaborate closely with content and marketing to get the brief right
Requirements
Deep understanding of YouTube as a platform: what performs, what trends, and why audiences click
Strong portfolio of thumbnail and digital design work
Solid command of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered design tools (a must)
Ability to work fast, think sharply, and adapt on the fly
A strong intuition for human psychology - you know what makes people click before the data confirms it
