About the Role

Ideal Candidate: Master thumb designer with at least one year of experience creating thumbs for big creators, incredibly deep knowledge of banger thumbnails and YouTube meta.

Responsibilities

• Ability to both ideate AND execute thumb designs across various niches
• Quick efficient turnaround
• Expert verbal/written communication skills

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience in related fields: 1+ Years
• Fluency in English
• Experience creating thumbnails for large creators
