Role Description

Careerwill is hiring a full-time Thumbnail Designer for its on-site office in Delhi, OH. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for creating visually striking and engaging thumbnail designs that capture content themes while adhering to brand guidelines. The role involves brainstorming concepts, utilizing graphic design tools, collaborating with content creators, and ensuring each design resonates with the target audience and enhances content reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
• Creative thinking and ability to design attention-grabbing visual elements
• Familiarity with branding, digital trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with content teams and meet deadlines effectively
• Analytical mindset to identify design trends and optimize thumbnails for better audience engagement
• Experience in digital content creation, especially for educational platforms, is a plus
