Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Third Officer located in Navi Mumbai. The Third Officer will be responsible for navigational watchkeeping, overseeing daily operations on deck, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and assisting in shipboard management tasks. Additional duties include maintenance of navigational equipment, cargo operations under supervision, and compliance with maritime regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in oil chemical vessel
• US visa mandatory
• Strong knowledge and experience in navigation, watchkeeping, and vessel operations
• Proficiency in maritime safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Ability to assist with cargo handling, ship maintenance, and documentation tasks
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with the crew
• Valid certification as per STCW conventions and required licenses for the role of a Third Officer
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency
