Thermal Project Professionals (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/C&I)

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage all aspects of thermal projects from inception to completion - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards - Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes - Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure necessary resources and services

Preferred candidate profile

BE/BTech (Regular) with at least 5 Years Experience.

PMP Certification is preferable
