Thermal Insulation Supervisor

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate thermal insulation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all insulation work.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and techniques in thermal insulation.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of insulation installations to ensure effectiveness and adherence to specifications.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in thermal insulation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and applications.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
