Qualification: ME / M.Tech / BE : Thermal /Heat Power/ Mechanical / Automobile
Experience Range: 2 to 5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and validating HVAC thermal and energy management models as well as vehicle cabin model in GT-SUITE
- Experience in vehicle cabin modelling in GT-SUITE.
- Simulating subsystems like climate control, along with components.
- Exposure to the optimization of energy flow and thermal interactions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Perform simulation setup, post-processing, and validation against experimental data.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on system requirements and methodologies.
Must Have:
- Expertise in GT-SUITE/MATLAB-Simulink or any equivalent tool for HVAC system.
- Good understanding of HVAC system and components.
- Experience in simulating components of HVAC, cooling system, etc.
- Experience in working with CAD data.
- Skills in defining boundary conditions and post-processing data.
- Knowledge of energy flow optimization and debugging simulation models.
- Strong understanding of CFD theory and vehicle energy systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience in scripting/customization in GT-SUITE, MATLAB and experience of Simulink systems modelling.
- Good version control and source code management using Git / DevOps experience
- Experience in simulation methodology & process development.
- Knowledge of vehicle performance metrics and system interactions.
- Automotive industry experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
