- Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned respiratory/dermatology products, therapy areas, clinical data, and competitor landscape.
- Provide scientific support to sales teams and HCPs.
- Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory, and promotional guidelines.
Market Implementation
- Support the execution of marketing plans and brand strategies at the field level.
- Conduct product demos, CMEs, workshops, and scientific meetings.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and unmet needs.
Sales Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales force to achieve brand targets.
- Conduct joint field work to reinforce messaging and improve HCP engagement.
- Provide product training, refreshers, and onboarding sessions to team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm preferred).
- 57 years of experience in pharma sales, product management, or medical affairspreferably in respiratory or dermatology segments.
- Strong scientific aptitude and communication skills.
