Therapy Manager( Individual Sales Role)

Position: Therapy Manager – Individual Sales

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Division: Parenteral Nutrition (PN)

Area: BG Road & Mysore Road

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business growth for Parenteral Nutrition products in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs, hospitals, intensivists, surgeons, dietitians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration in existing and new accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and scientific product discussions.
• Generate demand through effective product presentations, CMEs, clinical discussions, and other approved promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Ensure effective territory planning, customer segmentation, and call execution.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order execution.
• Track primary and secondary sales and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting through the company's CRM/Salesforce system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable ethical standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales, preferably in Parenteral Nutrition, Critical Care, Hospital Business, or Nutrition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage an individual territory.
• Good understanding of hospital-based business and HCP engagement.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
