Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate psychologist to join our team as a Therapy Experience Manager to play a crucial role in connecting clients with the right mental health professionals. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients and our network of empaneled therapists, ensuring optimal therapeutic matches and positive experiences for all parties involved.ic matches and positive experiences for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology (required)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Conduct initial intake and introduction calls with new clients
• Administer and manage assessment tools and scales
• Collect and analyze client feedback
• Guide clients through the matching process

Therapist Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with empaneled therapists
• Facilitate smooth client-therapist partnerships
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for documentation and process improvements

Administrative Duties

• Maintain detailed records of client-therapist interactions
• Handle email communications and documentation
• Support business development initiatives
• Contribute and engage in marketing and content related activities, including ideating, writing and recording content
