Role Purpose
The Design Process Coordinator will act as the client-process handholding executive for Kreative House, coordinating each stage from new
inquiry to final handover. The role requires structured follow-up over calls, coordination with internal design/site/procurement teams,
documentation support, estimate preparation, material-selection scheduling, and timely payment follow-up from clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client coordination from the first inquiry stage through design development, execution coordination, and handover closure.
Maintain regular telephonic follow-up with clients for appointments, pending approvals, material selections, drawing confirmations, and
stage-wise updates.
Coordinate internally with architects, interior designers, site supervisors, purchase team, accounts, and management to keep every project
stage moving on schedule.
Prepare basic project estimates, revision statements, and coordination notes as per information received from the design and execution
team.
Prepare and update material-selection schedules, including client selection dates, pending decisions, vendor samples, approvals, and final
selections.
Track client payment schedules and carry out polite but firm telecalling follow-up for stage-wise payment recoveries.
Maintain inquiry registers, client follow-up sheets, project status trackers, payment follow-up records, and handover checklists.
Ensure that clients receive timely communication, reminders, and next-step clarity throughout the project process.
Escalate delayed decisions, pending payments, design clarifications, or coordination gaps to the concerned senior team member or
management.
Support smooth documentation flow between office, design team, site team, vendors, and clients.
Candidate Profile
Female candidate preferred, with a confident, presentable, disciplined, and hardworking personality.
Good communication skills with fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
Should have a professional appearance, good dressing sense, and comfort in client-facing communication over phone and in office
interactions.
Should be organized, process-oriented, patient with follow-ups, and capable of handling multiple clients/projects at the same time.
Basic understanding of civil/interior work, materials, measurements, estimates, and project stages will be an advantage.
Comfortable using MS Office / Google Sheets / basic CRM or follow-up trackers
