Position: TGT Social Studies (Classes VI–VIII)
Key Responsibilitie
- sTeach Social Studies subjects including History, Geography, Civics, Political Science, and Economics to students of Classes VI–VIII
- .Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes
- .Use innovative teaching methodologies, including maps, charts, presentations, case studies, projects, smart boards, and activity-based learning
- .Conduct assessments, examinations, assignments, and projects to evaluate student performance
- .Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports
- .Provide constructive feedback and support students academic growth
- .Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and civic awareness among students
- .Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
- .Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities
- .Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes
.Qualifications & Experienc
- eGraduate/Postgraduate in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related Social Science discipline
- .B.Ed. degree is mandatory
- .Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school preferred
- .Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- .Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology
