KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)
Academic Excellence & Subject Delivery
- Deliver concept-oriented and competency-based Mathematics instruction for middle and secondary classes
- Ensure strong academic outcomes and consistent student performance in school and Board examinations
- Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives, learning outcomes, and NEP-oriented pedagogy
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to address varied learner needs
Classroom Management & Student Engagement
- Maintain an organized, disciplined, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Build strong student connect through empathy, mentorship, and active engagement
- Encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among students
- Monitor student progress and provide timely academic support and feedback
Technology Integration & Innovation
- Integrate smart classroom tools, digital platforms, AI-enabled teaching resources, and technology-driven pedagogies into classroom instruction
- Utilize presentations, assessments, simulations, and digital learning tools effectively
- Maintain digital records, assessments, and academic documentation systematically
Assessment & Reporting
- Design and conduct formative and summative assessments aligned with learning outcomes
- Analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain accuracy in assessment records, notebooks, result analysis, and academic reports
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain professional and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate actively in PTMs, academic meetings, school events, and collaborative initiatives
- Uphold institutional values, policies, and professional ethics
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong command over Mathematics concepts and pedagogy
- Proven academic and Board examination results preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities
- Ability to build meaningful rapport and connect with students
- Hands-on experience with smart classroom tools, digital platforms, and AI-enabled educational technologies
- Strong lesson planning, assessment, and academic documentation skills

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics with B.Ed mandatory
- Minimum 3–7 years of teaching experience preferred
- Experience in reputed CBSE schools preferred
- Strong academic background throughout schooling and higher education preferred
- Candidates with demonstrated student achievement and academic excellence preferred
- Familiarity with experiential learning, competency-based education, and NEP-aligned practices preferred
