Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Geography at The Kalyani School, located in Pune Division. The TGT Geography will be responsible for teaching Geography to teach Geography to grades 9 and 10, including Physical and Human Geography, following school curricula and educational standards. Additional responsibilities include planning lesson content, assessing student progress, fostering a dynamic and interactive classroom environment, and participating in school activities and events.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Physical Geography and Human Geography
- Understanding of core principles of Geography and their application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Formal teaching qualifications and certification as a Qualified Teacher
- Passion for education and ability to inspire students to excel in their learning
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical practices and education technologies
- Prior teaching experience in Geography is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography or related field
