Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Use innovative and engaging teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Integrate technology effectively in teaching-learning practices.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Conduct regular formative and summative assessments.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain academic records.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Foster student engagement and participation.
• Ensure student safety and well-being within the classroom.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lesson plans and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Uphold school policies and ethos in all interactions.
• Contribute to school improvement plans and academic audits.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in the subject (Hons./Pass) + B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Minimum 25 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Strong command over the subject and communication in English
