Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Educator role based in Khategaon. The Educator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and tracking student progress, and fostering an inclusive and motivating learning environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, engaging with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, and participating in extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications

• Expertise in subject-specific knowledge and teaching methodologies
• Strong communication, classroom management, and leadership skills
• Ability to design innovative lesson plans and assess student progress effectively
• Passion for education, a positive attitude, and commitment to student development
• Bachelor's degree in Education or subject-specific field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Teaching certification or license appropriate for the level of education is required
• Prior teaching experience, especially in a similar educational setting, is preferred
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching methods is highly regarded
