Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palladam for a Textile Industrial Engineer. Responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing industrial processes to improve efficiency and productivity. The role involves implementing process improvements, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. The professional will also monitor operations, identify issues, and develop solutions to address challenges in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex processes and identify areas for improvement
• Expertise in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering techniques
• Experience in Process Improvement and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent Communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
• Ability to work methodically and problem-solve effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology or a related field
• Relevant experience in the textile manufacturing industry is advantageous
