Textile Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

As an Engineer one need's to oversee the daily workings of manufacturing operations. Plans, manages, and implements schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a high-quality standard of product production and delivery.

• Overall responsibilities in production planning & control.
• Achieving production targets, desired quality product with zero defects and tracking of all customer orders by Time & Action plans and timely action to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Controlling Cost, Raw Material, Spare parts and Wastage within budgeted levels.
• Daily checking/tracking of quality in terms of shades, knitting and test approvals and cause identification of undesirable quality. To implement corrective and preventive measures and inform the same to concern deptt./ section.
• Knowledge of Compliance system in Quality Department. Knowledge of fabric processing and its quality (physical and technical aspects.) Knowledge of all types of Knitted Fabrics.
• Also responsible to deal and handle various issues related to Finishing, Inspection, Dispatch, consumption budget, losses etc.
• Manpower management and control.
• Strong technical writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel for short-term and extended field assignments, including some weekends.
• Must be detail-oriented and quality-focused with the ability to meet any challenge
• Basic AutoCAD skills.
