Textile Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Textile Designer based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As a Textile Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs for textiles and patterns that reflect the brand's aesthetic. Your daily tasks will include developing embroidery patterns, creating textile prints, and designing graphics while collaborating with the design team to bring unique ideas to life. You will work closely with production teams to ensure feasibility and quality in the final product. Additionally, you will contribute to trend research and provide creative input to meet the demands of global and local markets.

• Strong proficiency in Textile Prints and Textiles, with a deep understanding of fibers, patterns, and fabric design
• Experience with Embroidery techniques and the ability to create intricate designs
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, including the use of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Keen eye for detail, an innovative mindset, and a passion for merging traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related fields
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and meet timelines effectively
• Experience with handmade textiles or working with artisan communities is a plus
