This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist based in Tiruppur. The role involves conducting research and experiments, analyzing materials and processes, and developing innovative textile solutions to meet client and industry needs. The specialist will also propose technical advancements, ensure compliance with production standards, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate R&D outcomes into the manufacturing process.

• Proven expertise in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and Analytical Skills
• Strong Laboratory Skills, including the ability to conduct tests and experiments
• Excellent Communication skills for documenting findings and coordinating with teams
• Ability to analyze data and propose creative solutions for technical textile innovations
• Educational background in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with advanced weaving technologies and sustainable production practices is a plus
• Keen interest in technical textiles and innovative applications in niche markets
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
