POSITIONS REQUIRED:

1)       MIG / MAG / TIG / TIG & ARC WELDERS - 10 No's

Salary:  Regular Income:

Basic : 40 – 50 USD/HOUR

Working Hours: Daily 8 hours work / Weekly 40 Hours / Monthly 22 days

If, 40 US$/hour  x  8 hrs/day  x  22 days  =  7040 US$ (Rs. 6,65,000) / month – approx..

If, 50 US$/hour  x  8 hrs/day  x  22 days  =  8800 US$ (Rs. 8,30,000) / month

Additional Income:

Over Time = 1.5 Times x normal hour

2 hrs/day x 22 days/month = 44 hrs O.T x 60 US$ = 2640 US$ (Rs. 2,50,000) – approx..

2 hrs/day x 22 days/month = 44 hrs O.T x 75 US$ = 3300 US$ (Rs. 3,12,000) – approx..

Expected Total Income:

Normal Hours Income + Over Time Income = Total Income

If, 40 US$/hour - 7040 + 2640 = 9680 US$ (Rs. 9,15,000) / month) approx.

If, 50 US$/hour - 8800 + 3300 = 12100 US$ (Rs. 11,42,000) / month) approx.

33 US$/hour x 8 hrs/day x 22 days = 5800 US$ (Rs. 5,47,500) / month – approx..

Additional Income:

Over Time = 1.5 Times x normal hour

2 hrs/day x 22 days/month = 44 hrs O.T x 49 US$ = 2150 US$ (Rs. 2,04,000) – approx..

Expected Total Income:

Normal Hours Income + Over Time Income = Total Income

5800 + 2150 = 7950 US$ (Rs. 7,50,000) / month) - approx.

Salary: Regular Income:

Basic : 30 USD/HOUR

Working Hours: Daily 8 hours work / Weekly 40 Hours / Monthly 22 days

30 US$/hour x 8 hrs/day x 22 days = 5280 US$ (Rs. 5,00,000) / month – approx..

Additional Income:

Over Time = 1.5 Times x normal hour

2 hrs/day x 22 days/month = 44 hrs O.T x 45 US$ = 1980 US$ (Rs. 1,86,000) – approx..

Expected Total Income:

Normal Hours Income + Over Time Income = Total Income

5280 + 1980 = 7160 US$ (Rs. 6,75,000) / month) approx.

Salary: Regular Income:

Basic : 15 USD/HOUR

Working Hours: Daily 8 hours work / Weekly 40 Hours / Monthly 22 days

15 US$/hour x 8 hrs/day x 22 days = 2640 US$ (Rs. 2,49,000) / month – approx..

2 hrs/day x 22 days/month = 44 hrs O.T x 22.5 US$ = 990 US$ (Rs. 93,500) – approx..

Expected Total Income:

Normal Hours Income + Over Time Income = Total Income

2640 + 990 = 3630 US$ (Rs. 3,42,500) / month) approx.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

·             Overtime: All hours worked exceeding 40 hours per week will be compensated at a rate of 1.5x the standard hourly rate.

·             Per Diem: A daily allowance of 30 USD for meals will be provided to all selected candidates.

·             Professional Standards: Candidates must possess relevant certifications and a proven track record in the Oil & Gas industry.

·             Working Environment: Strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory labor standards of the United States.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

@  Working Hours: 40 Hours / Week and 176 hours per month

@  O.T: After 8 hours, works will be treated as Overtime and get extra pay.

@  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday – No work

@ Qualification: School certificates + I.T.I / Diploma (Job related Vocational certificate)

@  Experience: minimum 5+ years required

@ Skills: Should have relevant experience 

@  GULF / INDIAN EXPERIENCE – ANYTHING OK

@  Should Read and speak ability in English compulsory

@  Food : Duty time food voucher + Kitchen facilities - will be provided

@  Accommodation: will be provided by the Employer

@  Transportation: will be provided by the Employer

@  Medical: will be provided by the Employer

@  Insurance: will be provided as per European Labour Law

@  Contract Period: 1 year (extension period depends upon mutual understanding)

@  PROCESS TIME: 150+ Days (for USA – Work Permit + VFS appointment + Visa Stamping) 

@  VISA TYPE – EMPLOTMENT VISA

@  ANNUAL VACATION: 22 Days with Air tickets with bonus
