The Impact You Will Have in This Role

Enterprise Services comprises multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, all reporting to the Chief of Enterprise Services. These platforms support client delivery, operational efficiency, business resilience, and digital transformation strategy.

As an Automation Tester, you will test a variety of automation and workflow solutions across platforms like Appian, Talend, and BluePrism. This role requires strong self-direction, testing expertise, and collaboration skills to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise automation solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for Appian applications, including both positive and negative scenarios
• Test ETL workflows developed in Talend, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Validate automation solutions created with RPA tools such as BluePrism, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements
• Prepare and manage test data, ensuring integrity and alignment with test scenarios
• Track defects and testing progress using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with end users during UAT phases, offering clear communication and issue resolution
• Independently manage multiple testing projects based on priority and deadlines
• Engage with team members throughout the delivery lifecycle for smooth coordination and integration
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
• Assist with production release testing and support maintenance windows alongside the Operations team
• Integrate risk and control processes into daily work; escalate issues where necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success

• Minimum of 6 years of experience testing automation solutions using BluePrism, UiPath, Power Automate
• Experience creating scripts with Python
• Hands-on expertise with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, and UFT One
• Familiarity with SDLC and legacy technologies like MS Access and mainframe systems
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for test result validation (SQL Server preferred)
• Experience testing Appian-based applications, especially in process automation and workflow validation
