Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive QA and testing strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Plan, manage, and oversee SIT and UAT activities, ensuring thorough test coverage and defect management.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of QA professionals to drive high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure QA aligns with business requirements.
• Monitor and report testing progress, quality metrics, and risk areas to project leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
