Testing/ Manual/ Automation/ JIRA/ Mumbai/ Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

• Work with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to identify the testing plan for various applications.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to ensure the testing process aligns with business rules and required practices.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to create testing verification documents and liaise with stakeholders to ensure all scenarios are captured.
• Track and log defects during execution and communicate them effectively to relevant teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement of test scripts and provide feedback to the Project Manager.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Postgraduate, MBA, or B.Tech degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in manual or automated testing of various applications.
• Proficient in designing test plans and verification documents.
• Ability to plan test schedules or strategies according to project scope and delivery timelines.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a good grasp of customer relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities efficiently.
• Basic understanding of finance and financial markets.
