- 18+ Years of Testing Experience and currently Managing large testing programs.
- 9-10 Years experience on Test Delivery Manager
- 10+ Years Experience on Test Management with Handling of test size of 40+
- Good Exposure on Testing Estimations for large testing Programs
- Experience on Implementation of testing processes, Frameworks and Setting up of TCoE's
- Experience on Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimation, Risk Based testing and resource planning
- Good Experience of Transformative Initiatives and Continuous improvements
- Good Understanding of Testing Metrics, KPI and reporting experience
- Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Good Understanding of Testing Toll Gates, Test Reporting and Other Project communication
- Experience on Agile methodology and understand the concepts
- Experience on Testing Solutions, RFP Solutioning, Automation etc
- Experience on management of Automation and Performance testing team
- Good Understanding on Manual Testing Concepts and Testing solutions (API Test, Mobile Testing)
- Good Experience on Test Management Tools
- Good Handson Presentation skills ( Managing Monthly and Quarterly Governance)
