Job Title: Testing & Commissioning Engineer Building Management Systems (BMS)
Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experiencedBMS Commissioning Engineerto support the design, engineering, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with BMS/SCADA systems, communication protocols, and site commissioning activities, along with the ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, development, testing, and commissioning ofBuilding Automation / BMS systems
- Engineering and programming ofBMS, SCADA, PLC, and DDC systems
- Development ofBMS/SCADA/HMI graphic screens
- PerformI/O loop checks, functional testing, and system validation
- Ensure proper integration usingBACnet, Modbus, OPC protocols(IP, Ethernet, MS/TP)
- Execute site commissioning activities and resolve technical issues during startup
- Providetechnical supportto clients during and after project handover
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Stay updated withcurrent trends in automation and instrumentationand implement modern control architectures
- Prepare commissioning reports, test documents, and as-built documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience inBMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning
- Hands-on knowledge ofSCADA, PLC, DDC systems
- Good understanding ofBACnet, Modbus, OPC communication protocols
- Experience inBMS graphics and HMI development
- Basic knowledge ofSQL database programming
- Excellentproblem-solving and troubleshootingskills
- Strongcommunication and organizationalabilities
- Ability to work independently at site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree inElectrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineeringfrom an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning
